Top Tips for Wearing Your Regalia Correctly:
- Use the photos on our website of the correct regalia for your degree as a reference point, to ensure you are wearing everything correctly.
- Make sure the hood is the right way up. The loop at the front should be on the underside - flat against your chest and not visible.
- If you are not wearing a button down shirt or blouse use safety pins or purchase our hood magnets to secure your hood in place. You can pin it to your your clothing in the centre of your chest at the front, and also to the gown at the shoulders.
- Make sure you hat is not on back to front. The elastic inside should be at the back of your head.
