12:00pm–1:30pm: Gown Collection and Photography
1:30pm–2:00pm: Ceremony Doors Open
2:00pm-3:30pm: Graduation Ceremony
3:30pm–5:00pm: Photography and Gown Returns
Gown Collection and Return
If you have hired your gown it will be available to collect up to 2 hours before your ceremony. You will be asked to present your order number to the Churchill Gowns team who will then provide your gown, cap and hood and assist you with getting dressed.
After your ceremony you will have a further 2 hours to return your gown, plenty of time to take photos and celebrate with family and friends. When you return your gown you will be asked again to provide your order number so that your items can be logged back in.
If any items are damaged or not returned the difference between the hire and purhcase price for that item will be charged to your original payment card. The amounts are as follows:
- Cap: £15
- Gown: £30 (or £50 for USW degrees)
- Hood: £20
Photography
Studio photography will be available from when the doors open at midday until the event closes as 5:00pm, so you are welcome to have your photos taken before or after the graduation ceremony. Photography sessions will not be in timed slots, so you can just present at the photography area at a moment that is convenient for you with your photography package details.
There are a range of photography packages available to pre-order online but if you wish to order additional photos on the day there will be options to do that.
Tickets
Each graduate is entitled to one free ticket for themselves and an additional four free guest tickets. Anyone wishing to invite more than four guests can purchase additional guest tickets for £6 each.
